My emails in Outlook are delayed nearly an hour.
My email account is set up under IMAP with correct server and ports. I get the emails on time on my phone, but emails over Outlook 2016 are delayed about an hour. They only come on time if I close Outlook and re-open, then the emails are there. Is there some additional setting I need to adjust?
Thank you for your question regarding Outlook mail settings. You can adjust the send/receive refresh rate under Options > Advanced > Send/Receive > and then Schedule an automatic send/receive to the time you would like. I suggest 5 to 10 minutes.
