Hello, Thanks for the question about the Twenty Sixteen theme and the menu at the bottom of the page. I researched the theme and found this page which details quite about the theme. The footer is actually set to be the social links. So, if you want to create a menu of social links, you can add it and then set the menu as "Social Media links". If I set the links as custom links and selected the menu from the Social Links menu in the Menu locations section of the Customizer, then the links appear, but the graphics do not. The theme will recognize the major social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc., but it will not recognize a typical web page link for the graphic. If you're using a non-social media site, the link will be there but the graphic will not appear. Any further changes to the site theme may require custom coding in the CSS which we do not provide. you can probably find more information about those kind of changes in the WordPress or by consulting a developer. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
