Hello

Just installed a fresh version of wordpress (4.6) It's the first time I've done this. I can't upload any themes or plugins, I get "connection reset" error. Do I need to unblock any ports on my firewall/router possibly? Plugins and themes from the browser within wordpress install without a problem.

Thanks

Hello MarkF, Thank you for your question regarding a "connection reset" error when uploading themes or plugins in WordPress. You shouldn't have to unblock any ports since WordPress should word over the standard internet port (80). We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information to replicate the error. Did you install WordPress using Softaculous? What are some of the specific themes/plugins you are having trouble installing? \ Please include any further information that will help us see and test the error. Thank you, John-Paul
