I've sent an email and received the message below (changer receivers address with "x"). This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] host mx.rompetrol.ro [80.97.53.8] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: 550 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Message rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized. Please see http://www.openspf.net/Why?s=mfrom;[email protected];ip=2xx.1xx.1xx.1xx;[email protected] What can I do to solve this problem?

Hello,

Sorry for the problem with email not sending due to a failure in SPF. It is possible that that the change in SPF records was still in propagation. This would mean that the DNS change for the SPF record was not yet recognized. You would need to allow for up to 24 hours to pass and then retry the email again. I looked at your account and there is also an escalated support ticket to have this issue reviewed. Please allow our live technical support team to respond. If the issue still occurs after 24 hours then please reach out to our live support team to follow up on the issue.

Apologies that we can directly resolve the issue at this point. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Regards,

Arnel C.
