Possible SPF Record Issue

We have a wordpress site using SMTP to send emails from a private server. It appears that the servers are making the connection and I am able to receive emails from it on my gmail address but not my hosted email at inmotion. I'm just wondering if this is because of a security setting that is looking for a SPF record for confirmation of where the emails are coming from. Here is a log from the SMTP server:

Hello abcprint, Thank you for contacting us about your email issue. It is difficult to troubleshoot email issues without being able to trail the logs in real time. I advise you contact our Live Support for help going through those logs. They can see if the mail is getting to the server or if settings needs to be adjusted in the sending server. Best, Christopher M.
