Horde is marking emails as spam and not delivering to mail client

I use Horde as my webmail client and Apple Mail on my computer. I have a SpamBox enabled and do not have auto spam delete enabled. Sometimes mail is not getting downloaded onto my computer, and when I check webmail, I see the email in the inbox, marked as "spam" and "deleted". I can view the email, but can't get it downloaded to my computer. Is there some way to tell Horde that the email is not spam?

Hello LisaMB, Thank you for your question regarding Horde marking emails as spam. I first recommend checking your spam assassin setting, as it may be set to "auto-delete" spam. You can disable autodelete, or adjust the filter setting there. If you have any further questions or information, feel free to post below. Thank you, John-Paul
