Cannot add email to new order in woocommerce email settings

Hi,

I'm having trouble adding an email address to new orders in woocommerce. It saves but then when I go back to check, it's gone again. It is only happening to new orders, all others eg cancelled order etc, I can add fine and it saves it fine.

Please help
