"Domain management is not available for this domain."

I would like to modify DNS records for this domain since you won't refund my money and want to charge extra to transfer this domain that was supposed to have been a free registration with the hosting service I had but you made me pay for anyway. I'm a lot bitter. And now you're trying to strangle me for more money, not allowing me to manage the DNS of the domain you have registered and won't release. So I'm becoming less and less thrilled with InMotion.

Hello Paulseiler,

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with InMotion and that you're having problems with getting DNS changes added for the domain. Unfortunately, a hosting account is required in order to have DNS changes made for the domain. If you are using a different host, you can have the name servers changed. This changes the location of the authoritative DNS. Once this change has been made, then you will be able to make DNS changes to the domain.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
