WordPress Install with two domains

I have two domains.
When I look inside my domain folders, only one of them has the "wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes" folders in them ... yet my other domain folder (my primary domain) does not have any "wp-" folders. But I do see those folders under "public_html".
Is this normal?

Thank you for contacting us about WordPress folders. This sounds correct. Public_html is the default directory for your primary domain. Any folders you will see in the public_html directory will be live at your primary domain, so that is normal.
