Setting up email accounts for employees

As the owner of the website and business it represents, I would like to set up email accounts for my employees. Is there a way for me to monitor the emails received and sent by employees?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on setting up forwarders for incoming and outgoing emails. While you can set up forwarders to collect a copy of all incoming emails to a specific account, there is not a way to trap the outgoing mails on a shared server. This is something that can be done on a VPS or Dedicated server, though it is not the default behavior.
