Can't add cron jobs

When accessing the cron jobs option from my cpanel, I don't see any link to add cron jobs.
Is there anything I need to do first?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about adding cron jobs to cPanel? After you fill in the time parameters and the command field completely you should be be able to click the button at the bottom for "Add New Cron Job". Do you see the button? Are you getting an error when trying to add the job? Best, Christopher M.
