Hello,
I replied with the last 4 digits of the credit card last week and I have not heard back about the installation of my EV-SSL. Can you provide an update, as the SSL expires on 07-02 and my entire site will not function if the new SSL is not installed.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding an SSL install. All SSL requests go into a queue to be handled in the order received. If you do need some urgency placed on your specific SSL due to time constraints, the best thing to do is to reach out to the Live Support team so they can assist you.
