How to use Japanese characters in webmail
I can write a mail's Subject and Messages in Japanese but the recipient will see something like this: ぱぴぷぺぽ. When I open the sent mail to read, it's also jumbled.

Thank you for contacting us about setting language options in webmail. Which email client are you using? Roundcube? Horde? Squirrelmail?
If Roundcube, you can access the language settings under "Settings". The gear icon on the top right of the screen indicates the "Settings" section.
Under "Preferences" choose "User Interface" and choose your desired language. Then, make sure you click "Save" to save these changes.
