Time frame for a website transfer
Hi,
I requested a website transfer from gator to inmotion a little over 2 weeks ago, and I was wondering how long this process usually takes. I know I have done it manually in like a day so I was wondering if maybe the information was lost or if it is just that long of a queue.
Has anyone else been through this "automated" process before?

Thank you for contacting us about your website transfer delay. I am looking at your account right now and speaking with the transfer technician. We are seeing some delays recently with an unusually high volume of requests. It looks like we have a cPanel backup for your site and it is being restored now in your InMotion Hosting account. I will update you with more information when it becomes available.
