I lost a page of information from inside the Premium Web Builder Tool. There appears to be no files in my account that are read by the tool when it starts it up. Where are these files and how can I back them up (and restored if necessary)?

Hello jmsicso, Thank you for your question on restoring a site from a Plesk backup. While not as simple as using a cPanel backup, a restoration can be done. We have an article on how to migrate (or restore) a site from a Non-cPanel host. Though written from a reseller standpoint, the steps are the same. That should help. Kindest Regards, Scott M

Hello, Sorry to hear you lost a page on the builder tool. The premium website builder tool is not on the same server as your account. It serves as the backup of your website. The tool itself does not have a backup recovery ability such as recovering page that was removed from it. However, if the page that is missing is still on your main site, you can use it as a model to recreate the page in the builder. Then it would exist in the builder as a backup as well once more. I hope that helps you, please let us know if you have any other questions. Kindest Regards, Scott M
