modifying real estate theme named Vacation

How do I modify the colors and text in the rectangular block about midway down the home page that shows 4 different services? Vacation Concierge Service, Special Markets Service, comprehensive Evaluations, Document Tracking Service.

I can't figure out how to change anything in that module.
