Avada theme: sliders not working
I use the Avada theme on multiple websites and each site has multiple slideshows, created with the "sliders" that came with the Avada theme. For some reason, since the most recent WordPress update, the sliders that used to work are no longer loading. I have since added and activated the "Layer Slider" and "Revolution Slider" plugins, but those have not helped (or perhaps I haven't done steps to make those work.) Please let me know if you have any solutions. Thank you!
Sorry to hear you are having issues with our sliders. Unfortunately we cannot test the Avada theme because it is a paid theme. Does the Avada theme has its own built in slider? Do the other sliders you tested work on other themes but not the Avada theme? Are you able to get a response from the Avada developers about compatibility with the sliders in the newest WordPress update?
