Hello,

I'm sorry that you're having problems with re-directing your domain name. If you have already re-directed your domain name, then it would typically need to be an address that is valid on the internet, meaning that it should be a URL that is registered on the internet if it is a top level domain. For example, if your domain was example.com and you re-directed it to example2.com, then "example2.com" must be a URL that is registered on the internet. If the domain was only recently added, then remember that domain propagation may be in effect. Domain propagation typically requires up to 24 hours before a change in DNS can be completed. This also applies to newly added domain names. If you want for us to investigate this issue further, then please provide us more information about the domain you re-directed and the changes that you have applied.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
