Is ghostscript and ImageMagick with ghostscript support installed

I'm trying to use a WordPress plugin called "PDF Thumbnails". The installation instructions tell me that I have to install ghostscript and ImageMagick for ghostscript for the plugin to operate. I have found answers in this forum that indicate that ImageMagick should be installed, but not necessarily the version for ghostscript.

Hello hoosierboy,

Thank you for your question regarding GhostScript. If you are on a VPS or higher server then this could be installed, however this is not available for our shared or reseller platforms.
