I cannot log into WordPress that is installed in my test file

I have just tranferred my static html account to InMotion (www.inclinepress.com). It transferred seamlessly, thank you! Now, I want to switch my site over to a WordPress site. As a first step, I have created a "test" subdomain and installed WordPress using Softalicious. Everything seemed to go according to plan, and in my cp panel I can see the test file, and see that wp is installed. Sadly when I try I get a 404 error. I also tried inclinepress.com/test/wp-admin, just in case (it is not completely clear which I should be using) Can you see what I am doing wrong? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall wordpress? Do something else? Is there a video I can watch that will show me how to do this so it works?

Good morning,

Thanks for posting your question about your subdomain and installing WordPress. At this point, it appears this may be a DNS issue, in which, we need you to reach out to tech support to troubleshoot further.

Thanks!
