Magento frequent error"2006 MySQL server has gone away..."

Hello,
I'm ready to upgrade my site,, the new website uses "Magento 1.9.2.2" System?But in the test often this error "SQL state [HY000]: general error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away...", My site is not much data, I did all I could do to optimize, But the problem still exists. Please help me, I was troubled by this problem for a long time.
