Problems displaying webpage in old office browsers?

Hi,

I am starting building a webpage and the browsers in the office both Chrome and Explorer display only text. I have the screenshoots of what happenes with three different themes, but I am not sure how to attached them. I am using wordpress.
The problem is that I cannot update the browsers and all my customers will be working in companies that will not allow for browser upgrade either, so I need the webpage to display correctly on them.

Usually, I can see all webpages correctly. A couple of months ago a colleague sent me the webpage for his company and it displayed very bad, I thought it was just a bad work building the page, but now I went back to it at home and realize that it is the office browsers.

Could you please let me know what do you think I should do? is this related to wordpress? what is the problem and what can I do differently to solve it?

Thanks in advanced for any infomation you can provide me,

Best regards,
Gladys

Hello Gladys, Thank you for contacting us about an issue with your website displaying on old browsers. Since the internet changes regularly, the browsers must also keep up with the technology. Unfortunately, this means that you will have to custom-develop/code a website that displays correctly on older browsers, or possibly redirect users to separate versions of the website (such as a basic HTML version) if they are using a specific browser. Here is a possible example I found via Google search, where they setup an .htaccess rules to redirect users based on their browsers. Also, keep in mind this can be very tediuous since it requires extensive compatiblity testing. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
