Hello,

Sorry for the problem with MySQL connections. I double-checked on the maximum number of connections for MySQL and by default it is set to 30 - per the senior techs here. Have you tried removing the caching plugin? I noticed that it still is installed by looking at your wp-config.php file. Try running your WordPress site without the caching temporarily and see if the problem recurs. If you're getting a specific error, please share that with us so that we can investigate it further.

I hope this helps to solve your problem, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
