I am receiving but unable to respond to a client

I am trying to respond to someone. I was able to successfully reply to this SAME email address yesterday. Today, I am getting the following bounce back to that one plus a secondary email address for this person.

Here is the error message from the address I used yesterday (successfully):
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: RE: XXXXXX
Sent: XX/XX/XXXX
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
XXXXXXX' on 3/2/2016 8:10 PM
550 information, please see https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/everything-email/550-spam-message

Here is the error message I received today from her secondary email address:

THIS PERSON HAS RESPONDED TO ME FROM THE FIRST ADDRESS AND I NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER! PLEASE HELP WITH THIS!

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with sending email to a particular person. The error message you're receiving is telling you why the person cannot be reached. Your message is being considered spam and being rejected. The link provided in the bounce also explains the steps to take adjust the message so that it is not labeled as spam. Please review 550 This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered for more information. The content of the email may be causing the message to be rejected.
