I cannot log in to my account using PuTTY

I tried to set up and log in to my website via SSH using PuTTY following your tutorial procedures. (I thought I had to log in via SSH.) But I do not know what the passphrase for key "imported-openssh-key" is. From then on, I cannot log in to my account using PuTTY. What should I do if I log in to my account normally?

Hello Choi,

Sorry for the problem with your SSH Key and logging into SSH. Bear in mind that SSH access is NOT required, and you can manage your files using the cPanel interface if necessary. If you have a specific question about using the cPanel for managing your account, please let us know.

If you are having problems with the SSH login due to the key, as per the tutorial, the first part deals with generating the SSH key. Click on Manage SSH Keys and then DELETE your existing key. After that, start over with generating the key again, and this time make sure to record the password used for the key.
