I logged in with correct credentials but i'm getting this error message... Pls help!

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding FTP. According to the verbose output you provided you are connecting to the correct server but the cPanel password you are putting in is coming up as incorrect. Try changing your password again and see if it helps. If you still can not connect, try contacting our support department over a chat/call as they can view the logs live while you are trying to connect. Best Regards, TJ Edens
