Cannot create or delete addon domain

With the new cPanel, I'm not able to add an addon domain or remove one. When trying to add one, I get the message "(XID r54wuk) A DNS entry for the domain "xxxxxx.com" already exists". When trying to delete one, I get the message "You do not have control of the subdomain for "xxxxx.com".

Thank you for contacting us about not being to create or delete addon domains in cPanel. The warning you are getting indicates the domain (or subdomain in this case) is either present somewhere else on the server or may be owned by a different user. I advise checking your server configuration for any instances of the domain you're trying to work with and deleting them. Then try again and see if you get the same error.
