Cannot Access Video Tutorials
Hi Scott - I asked this question but can't respond to your answer asking for more information - the system says I have to log in which I did but then your answer is not available - LOL - so here is another log in to ask the same question with more detail - I cannot access any of the video tutotials - I am running Windows 10 and using the most up to date Mozilla browser - when I click on the video tutorials in Cpanel I get an error message that says this "this plug in is disabled" and "Manage Plug-ins" - clicking on the Manage plug-ins takes me to my extensions and add-ons but there is no plug in to Manage since they are all activated.
Thank you for your question on the cpanel video tutorials. That information was helpful. I see you are talking about the "Video Tutorials" link located in the cPanel "Preferences" category. I am not having any issue in viewing them with Mozilla FireFox, however. The cPanel tutorial videos are Flash videos, so you will want to ensure the Shockwave Flash plugin is installed and enabled. I know there was a security issue with Flash so it may be disabled on your browser.
