Hello Sagarondot, Sorry for the problems with the email failure to [email protected]. In looking at the error message, you were getting a 550 Verification failed error. Specifically, it's saying unrouteable address. This means that there was a problem trying to route to the address, which could have been caused by an interruption in connection to services at the destination server. The message that you're seeing is being reported by the error message as coming from the remote server. This may have simply been a temporary interruption in service. Generally, we test these types of errors by sending email to the address in question to see if they will continue to fail or properly respond. I tested with the following: mail -v [email protected] Subject: test please delete testing . SMTP>> MAIL FROM: SIZE=1638 SMTP>> RCPT TO: SMTP>> DATA SMTP<< 250 OK SMTP<< 250 Accepted SMTP<< 354 Enter message, ending with "." on a line by itself SMTP>> writing message and terminating "." SMTP<< 250 OK id=1aEFp2-0006Ez-Rp SMTP>> QUIT LOG: MAIN => [email protected] F= P= R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp S=1066 H=mail.net4india.com [118.67.248.42]:25 C="250 OK id=1aEFp2-0006Ez-Rp" QT=35s DT=35s LOG: MAIN Completed QT=35s The test message above indicates that communication through email (to [email protected]) works with no problem at this time. You may want to try sending the email again and it should work. If you get another bounce-back message, please let us know. Send the entire bounce-back message and we can research it in more depth. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
