Dedicated IP request update required

Can you please update me on my dedicated IP request?
I have had no further update since the robot acknowledged receipt of the request.


Hello Neil,

Thank you for your question on the status of your dedicated IP request. There are only two statuses, a pending status when you order it, and the response of either denied or accepted from the System Admin. If you have not yet received a response, it means the request is still pending in the IP queue. The System Admins will respond as soon as they get to the request, which are handled in the order they are received.
