ftp access not working

Hello, today I really need to upload my file. When importing file to Filezilla I always get:

Command: PASS *****
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

with any password.

Hello tomasprochazka, Sorry to hear you are getting a 530 authentication error when using FileZilla. The 530 error is an authentication error. This means that either the hostname, username, or password is incorrect. Once they are all correct, you should be able to log in correctly. Check out our FTP Guide for more information.
