Dear Community,
Can you help me, please, with problem: I can't see any templates in my WordPress admin panel - http://take.ms/EZdqM
Compatibility check - http://take.ms/PzfvF
I have asked OptimizePress Plugin support and they told me that: "It looks like your hosting company is not allowing for the installation to execute fully leaving your with no preview thumbnails."
Can you suggest a solution?

I just got done wrestling with this issue and came up with a solution. The problem is not that OptimizePress is incompatible with the hosting. The issue lies in InMotion's configuration of Imagemagick. It seems to have trouble dealing with alpha channel PNG images (which there are many of in the templates for OptimizePress). Switching your Wordpress to use GD instead for the media uploader fixes things.

Hello, Thank you for your contacting us about an issue viewing templates in WordPress with OptimizePress. I recommend following our WordPress Troubleshooting Techniques guide. Specifically, the section on "Turning on WordPress Debugging" should help get additional clues into what is happening. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
