Contact Form 7 sends email but email never arrives

I am using Contact Form 7 with the Avada theme. The three intended recipients never receive the emails UNLESS we CC ourselves (myself and my business partner as well).

Yes, several times along with spam and all the usual things like that. We moved this site from a 1and1 account to IM and it was then split off into it's own control panel so it wouldn't be under ours any longer. We contacted your phone support people and they said that it might be a server issue and to contact you.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Have you checked the inbox of the email account you are sending from to see if you are getting bounce back messages? Did this always happen or has something changed recently? Have you installed any new plugins that may conflict with the mail system?
