[Yi Savva] Hello
[Yi Savva] Can you check?
[Jason K] Yi, thank you for verifying your account with me today. I'm not sure I understand what
you are referring to.
[Jason K] May I know if your referring to your WordPress not updating?
[Yi Savva] WordPress is updated latest
[Yi Savva] Ok
[Yi Savva] I will try to explain
[Yi Savva] When I update the post, but website is not updating
[Yi Savva] I tried to add page break which I did
[Yi Savva] but website is not updating
[Yi Savva] http://www.femaura.com/autumn-news-from-femaura/?
preview=true&preview_id=476&preview_nonce=1bf4874423
[Yi Savva] see the first photo
[Yi Savva] that is missing page break
[Yi Savva] I did put double page double
[Jason K] I'm truly sorry Yi, but it says I don't have permission to view drafts.
[Jason K] It may be that your theme doesn't support the page breaks.
[Yi Savva] Okay, second and third pictures seems fine
[Yi Savva] but not first photo
[Jason K] Please hold 5 - 10 minutes while I look into this for you.
[Jason K] Yi, thank you for holding. I'm not seeing anything wrong here. The best thing I would be
able to suggest would be to reach out to our Customer Community. They can be reached by going to

Hello Yi Savva, Thank you for contacting us about updates not showing on your website. First, ensure you have cleared your Browser cache, or test with another browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari). Often, this occurs when you are using a caching plugin, and it is only set to update on a specific interval, such as once an hour, or day, etc. If this is the case I recommend clearing your WordPress Cache. Also, check with your theme developer/creator, as this may be known issue they have a fix for. If your problems persist, I recommend following our Common WordPress Troubleshooting Techniques guide. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, John-Paul
