bounced email for valid email address

I have a client that is attempting to send me emails, but the emails are getting returned. The email they are using is valid. What can I check? I do not have any filter on. They were previously sending me email fine. I ask them to reply to emails that I send them (which are delivered fine to them). When replying to my email, it still gets bounced.

I am afraid it might be happening with more than just this client.

Error message: "Remote Server returned '< #4.7.0 SMTP; 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.>'"

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the email. Unfortunately, the information you've provided is not enough to determine why the email would be bouncing. If you can obtain the header of the email bounce message, then we can determine why it's bouncing. In regards to the error message you provided, there have been reports of something similar, check out this post for more information. I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance. Regards, Arnel C.
