I have a Drupal website under a temporary URL (testing/development stage). I asked support to upload the .sql file on the database and I uploaded the directory on my public_hml. I noticed that when I login to my website (as admin) and go to certain places on the backend I get this error: "Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away'". Please help me figure this out, I already asked support to increase max_allowed_packets but still a no go. I researched for similar problems and people say that its not a Drupal problem but an SQL problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Drupal backend. While it is true shared servers cannot have the max_allowed_packets changed, there may be another thing that can help. There is a Drupal module called Token Tweaks. Installing this may help. I have read this has solved issues with others by using 'level 2'. Give that a try and see if it helps. Kindest Regards, Scott M
