I need to set a customer support email address for my internet business? How do I do this? And is it possible to have these emails routed to my personal email address?

Hello, You can create email addresses within your cPanel. Also if you wanted to you may setup email forwarders to forward any email to those accounts to your personal email address. Best Regards, TJ Edens
