Email filter doesn't work

So, since I cannot respond to the comment on my question in the Support Center **without logging in with my "Support login"**, which InMotion THEN says is not valid even though they sent me a verification code to the email address for that "support login" which they THEN said was an invalid verification code, (hang with me here), I'm going to PASTE the freakin comment on my question and THEN respond to it. Meanwhile, InMotion needs to rethink all the crap that is impeding an adequate Support experience.

Hello,
Can you go through the filter and make sure that in the rules part it does not say "and" but instead "or" if you have multiple conditions. You may also want to contact our support department as they can help you troubleshoot the mail filters as we need to verify your account to access your cPanel. I do not recommend putting your verification here as this forum is public.

Ok, TJ -- I DID have the "OR" select. I ALSO have the SAME filter in place on the Inmotion email login page (where it lists the various email programs you can log in with and it says "Email Filters"). So Please 'splain to me why these dadgum filters DO NOT WORK. It is a SIMPLE FILTER -- if the "TO" address is [email protected], stick it in a certain folder.

Hello,

I do apologize you are having issues with logging in. I have emailed you separately as I found the issue to your problem but it requires verification as the issue was account specific. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding what I sent.
