wordpress database connection error

Hello,
I uploaded my wordpress to sub-domain and also created a new database in phpmyadmin:-
http://demo.channelkakhabri.com/

Is there any problem in Absolute path to the WordPress directory in wp-config.php as "Error establishing a database connection" Message is being displayed,

Hello, This error generally states that either your MySQL service is not running or the settings to connect to the database are incorrect. If you created the database in PHPMyAdmin then you will need to use your user/password that allows you to connect to PHPMyAdmin. If you used cPanel then you can add a user by following this guide.
