Hello Boohootique, Sorry for the problem you're having with the "MySQL server has gone away" error. This generally is either the result of an interruption in connection to the server when the script is running, or a possible problem at the server level that is occurring during the running of the script. We advise that you submit a ticket that includes the error message you've provided and also specific information on your account. The steps you're taking should also be listed so that the we can attempt to duplicate the error. The live support team would be able to run scripts on the server to help troubleshoot the issue if it's necessary. Make sure to provide necessary login information if it is required to get into the OpenCart admin. I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance. Regards, Arnel C.
