Issue with contact form and WordPress
We've had a contact form on our webpage (on WordPress), and it has always worked fine until today. When users fill out the contact form, we receive the email but their return email address is no longer listed. The code on WordPress for our contact form is just [contact-form id=1].
Is this an issue I have to fix manually in the coding? Or has something gone wrong with our email or the contact form?

What plugins are you using for the contact form? Were there any updates made to either WordPress or the plugin form recently? Have you checked in developer mode to see if any error messages are output? What are the exact steps you take in order to duplicate the issue?
