Having problem with an email forwarder. Emails not received.

I have set up an email forwarder for my client from her email to an existing Gmail account, however she has not yet received any of the emails at that address. The emails do appear within Webmail, but do not forward to Gmail. Any Suggestions?
Hello solars17, Thank you for contacting us about email forwarders. First, I recommend checking for basic typos, or misspellings in the email address. Make sure she is checking her spam box, or email filter. They may be catching the forwarded emails. Also, be sure to test from an outside email address, since it will not forward back to the originating address. (For example: If you have a forwarder setup from [email protected] to [email protected] When [email protected] sends an email to [email protected], it will not forward back to [email protected]) If your problems persist, you should review the mail logs for any record of the forwarder.
