A paypal payment module I’ve installed on my Classifieds site requires php-mcrypt.
Can you please install and/or turn on the Mcrypt extension for my hosting account?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about enabling mcrypt. on your server. All of our servers have mcrypt enabled by default, you can confirm this with a phpinfo page. Also, I confirmed your specific server has mcrypt enabled by going to example.com/phpinfo.php (be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name).
