Gentlemen, On the advise of the InMotion Hosting Support channel I submitted my website to W3C today. I received the following error for "every" CATEGORY image: Line 241, Column 74: An img element must have an alt attribute, except under certain conditions. For details, consult guidance on providing text alternatives for images. …op.com/c/3-category_petz/dog-beds.jpg">

Hello Bruce, Sorry for the problem with the images. This is normally something done either at the code level or application (e.g. WordPress). After doing a little research, I've found that the CAPTION in the Product >Images section actually provides the ALT text that you're looking for. W3c is looking for each and every instance, but the PrestaShop may provide ONE caption for multiple images under a product. This isn't something that you can change. Check out this article on the subject. By the way, for clarification check out Alt text Not Alt tag. I hope this helps to explain the issue. If you want to add ALT text for an image, it will be through the CAPTION for each product. Beyond that, it will be in the template code and require manual modification of code. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
