Hello InMotionFans, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with using FTP for stefanomarcelli.com. Based on your error, it appears that you're using an IP address that we either do not control, or is not actually assigned to that domain for FTP. When I check that IP address it's going to TOPDNS, not our servers. If you have assigned that IP and you're pointing it to the FTP for that domain, then you will need do so within our DNS. Check out How to use the Advanced DNS editor to look at the DNS values assigned to that domain. Since you have the the name servers pointed to our hosting service, then the DNS is being controlled with InMotion. This means that any IP assignments would need to be done through our DNS. Bear in mind that shared server accounts can use only 1 other IP address than the shared IP address that you can find within the cPanel. I hope this is clear. Basically, the IP you're using is incorrect for that domain. You should be able to simply go to ftp.stefanomarcelli.com and it should resolve to our servers. If it was previously assigned to a different hosting service, then you may need to change the information you're using to connect to FTP for that domain. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regard, Arnel C.
