resource usage warning from inmotion

I've received a warning message about excessive resource usage.
I looked at the aw statistics and I see an 80% average which is above the permitted 50%. But it's been like that since a long time!
I cancelled 3 wordpress test sites I had on my account Now I'm left with 3 production sites and 2 test sites.
I tried to look at possible unwanted users, but cannot understand how to recognize them.
Can somebody help me ?

Hello Cbacchini, Sorry for the problems with resource usage with your account. Check out this article on understanding high system resource usage. This article does a good job of breaking down the definition and how to identify where the problem is happening. Although you may have been above average for a period of time, it still does not mean that this type of resource usage is preferable for the server. If you want control over all of the resources on the server, then you will need to upgrade to a dedicated server account.
