Error setting up WP/LR plugin

I am receiving an error message when trying to connect a publish service to my WordPress site. The error is as follows:

The connection to your website works but that either the WP/LR Plugin for WordPress has not been installed or the XML/RPC protocol has been disabled on your WordPress.

Now, I have installed the plugin, but do not know where to find settings for the XML/RPC protocol. Another possibility is that I am listing the WordPress URL wrong? (I am using http://olearyphoto.com, and XML/RPC handler is xmlrpc.php) Would these be correct?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the settings for a WordPress plugin. You can view/change your WordPress URL in the Admin Dashboard. Yes, your XML-RPC handler in WordPress is usually the xmlrpc.php in folder where you installed WordPress (WordPress root folder). We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. What "publish service" are you trying to connect with? In "Step 3" of the WP/LR Sync installation guide it says to install the Lightroom plugin. Did you complete this step?
