Guys, this is very disappointing. One of the top links in Google brought me to this link: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/community-support/website/how-can-i-view-submitted-support-tickets. It was not inspiring to see that the problem existed 6 years ago. It's even more disappointing to see a promised solution 5 years ago has still not materialized. This *should be* embarrassing to someone. Please fix it.
We understand your frustration. Since then we've prioritized other improvements but still plan to add this feature. We understand its importance regarding transparent communication with our customers. I've inquired about its progress and we'll be sure to let everyone know once we do this.

At the moment, there is no way to view a support ticket in progress but rest assured it's in queue and being handled by support technicians. You'll receive a reply as soon as a technician has had enough time to review the issue and provide feedback.
