Hello~ i have a question. The situation is like that: we have 2 computers, 2 email accounts, we use Thunderbird on the both pc. on each pc, we have added the both accounts in order to follow them.
I decided to connect to outlook - i made a connection and my email worked on it. as in the same time if i go in Thunderbird account i could see all the email there as well. When i connected the second computer to outlook - something happened : all the emails from INBOX went only in Outlook's account and they disappeared from same account on the other pc and they are missing in the Thunderbird's account..... how could i make to receive and keep all the emails on both accounts, on the both pcs ?

Hello, Thank you for your question about missing emails. Since you are checking email from multiple devices, I would recommend setting them all up as IMAP, and subscribing to your INBOX in outlook , and Thunderbird. Since IMAP leaves all the emails on the server, all devices will see the same emails/folders. Alternately, you can setup the devices as POP, and have them leave a copy on the server in Outlook, and Thunderbird. You can view your email settings in cPanel at any time, including IMAP, and POP. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
