PayPal 200 Reauth error

Hello,

I have an X-Cart 5 website. Some customers are having issues placing orders through the website. I believe it happens when customers try to place an order with the credit/debit card payment option. We use PayPal Payments Standard to accept credit cards. I checked the PayPal log I noticed this response frequently shows up:

'response' =>
PEAR2\HTTP\Request\Response::__set_state(array(
'code' => 200,
'headers' =>
PEAR2\HTTP\Request\Headers::__set_state(array(
'iterationStyle' => 'lowerCase',
'fields' =>
array (
'Connection' => 'close',
'Server' => 'VPS-3.033.00',
'Date' => 'Wed, 11 Mar 2015 20:06:35 GMT',
'Content-Type' => 'text/namevalue',
'Content-Length' => '306',
),
'camelCase' => NULL,
'lowerCase' => NULL,
)),
'cookies' =>

Any suggestions on how to get it to run smoother? Thank you!

Hello Lingy4u,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having possible problems with Paypal processing credit/debit cards. We would need more information in order to troubleshoot this kind of issue. You're saying that this reauth error happens frequently. We would need to somehow correlate these kind of errors with server issues. If there is no correlation, then it's always possible that the issue is occurring from the customer's side. Are you able to duplicate the problem in testing? Is there any way to test with your PayPal account? You may need to look at your Paypal documentation to determine if you have any way to test the Paypal account to pinpoint a recurring error. We would need to be able test through your account to do this. As issues discussed on the support site are public, you may need to submit a support ticket to our live support team in order to keep this issue private.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
